Some of the most experienced pilates instructors in town. I've been with Joan since she started teaching in Louisville. I've had a variety of injuries that limited me when I started and she was great at helping me modify the exercises, strengthen where I needed so that I could get myself back to where I wanted. Then from there we've been able to keep working and improving, I wish I'd known about this in my twenties. Pilates is absolutely for men as well as women, I don't care if you're trying to improve your golf game or keep up with the millennials on the basketball court. I can't say enough about Joan and Vogue Pilates.
